Due to Covid my maintenance period surpassed 3 months and had some basic wear and tear issues. Grandeur Homes addressed it even after the Maintenance period was over. Not just that it;s been almost a year since the handover had issue with Duct Heating contacted the Grandeur Team and they took care of things pretty much straight away. Aman you are Champion Building Supervisor was Lucky enough to get you assigned for my build. And this is Just not my experience but my Property Manager had experienced outstanding support from Aman and team.

It all started with the most honest and transparent sales experience with Mr Gurpreet Sidhu. In our first meeting with Mr Sidhu one thing was clear that search for our builder is over, now focus shifted to the actual house. For us it was a big and complex project, but team Grandeur made it really smooth. We customised every square meter of our house and team Grandeur made it possible. Selection process was very thorough, and special thanks to Ms Sonia (Building and Permit officer) for her support, patience and can do attitude. Given the complexity of the project, she arranged all the approval in couple of months which was minimum 4 to 5 months process.

During the construction we were so lucky to have Aman (site supervisors). He was so thorough and had attention to detail like perfectionist. He accommodated us for every last minute upgrades and changes. We never felt pressured or lacking communication during the build, and had a great relationship with our Site Supervisor/Coordinator who was always open to our questions/queries. Alongside this, we are extremely impressed with the quality and finish of our home. Knowing many other people who have also built brand new, we are very happy with our level of finish and build compared to others.

This is our second review (post handover) and I would like to Thank the team at Grandeur Homes for making our dream (owning a house) come true. The team ensured that communication channels were always open and responses were prompt when there was a potential for impact to delivery timelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Options were provided where there was a potential for delay and work continued to progress seamlessly. At each and every step they ensured that all our concerns were addressed to satisfaction. The finished product speaks for itself when it comes to quality and the effort put in by the tradesman and the site supervisor/ management. We are are really happy that we chose Grandeur Homes as our Builder of Choice, highly recommend them.

We have had a pleasant experience with the team at Granduer Home . Our sincere thanks goes to Navin Chugh who answered tonnes of questions happily and helped us every step of the way. Navin was always responsive, courteous and kind. I would highly recommend everyone who is looking to built Home to please contact Navin as you will get 100% satisfactory answer. We will also like to thank Sonia and Jyoti who are clearly an expert in what they do.We had a very unique lot dimension and GH made the best use of the space. Navin did all the paperwork swiftly and the DA approval process was seamless. Overall, we’ve had a pleasant experience so far with Navin and GH !! Like another reviewer, we also had deposited with 2 volume builders only to be faced with huge costs and an inability to build to our blocks best advantage. After a friend drew up our dream floor plan, we sent it off for quote and Grandeur Homes were able to accommodate all our requirements and desires, finetuned others and came back with a good & fair price for this custom split level house. The sales process was wonderful with Rohit Dhillon with "yes, we can do that" at every turn. Plenty of inclusions and wonderful selection options had this become very exciting. During the build process, we had the opportunity to work with Peter Hoogwerf as our supervisor and all our issues and concerns were listened to and dealt with swiftly and thoroughly throughout what has been a quality build. Having watched other houses go up in our estate, there is none that is able to match the workmanship across all trades on our build. We have the best house in the street and is turning heads and we couldn't be happier and have no hesitation in giving the Team at Grandeur Homes the highest recommendation.

Andrew has been an outstanding supervisor allocated to look after my build. Knowledgeable, respectful. Updated me and listened to my concerns. Wish there were more supervisors like you Andrew. Have not had much luck with many. The ones allocated to me prior were rude sans customer service standards. Legend. Goodluck

The customer service and knowledge Muneesh has is great advantage when it comes to an experienced sales person. He will guide you all the way to take you to your dream home. I have recently received the keys to my beautiful first new home. It was an incredibly exciting experience for me and a life-long dream realised after many years. Wow, I could not believe how amazing it is seeing it finished. It is even more special than I had ever imagined, after witnessing it all come to life a little while ago in the office of Grandeur Homes with their amazingly professional and experienced team. I had initially been getting the run around and hard sell from some of the other larger mainstream high-volume home builders within the display home circuit. Promising everything and delivering very little when it came to be talking seriously. That’s when you realise it is just about the volume and money with them and their misleading display houses being riddled with ‘additional costs’ and add-ons became evident. I personally found that whole process quite cold and ultimately frustrating. What a breath of fresh air it was and a totally different satisfying experience when I met with Grandeur Homes after they were highly recommended to me. Gurpreet Sidhu and his very friendly and genuine team made the whole, honestly for me, daunting process, such a pleasure and stress-free experience. I had a picture in my head of how I wanted my home to look and what I’d like it to include and meeting with them and talking about things and witnessing them bring my thoughts to life on the plans was awesome. With their expert knowledge and friendly guidance on things you don’t really think about, it all came together brilliantly. When it came time to making all the decisions on colours, materials and internal finishing's, which for me was an area I really had no knowledge of apart from some ideas. Luckily, they have an extraordinary interior designer in-house to guide you through and she suggested ideas and styles I honestly hadn't considered. Nidhi Sidhu & Aditi are amazing and so very friendly and approachable and her knowledge and genuine love for design and style is quite evident. Thank you so very much Gurpreet Sidhu. The whole exciting journey from plans through to watching it all grow on my land was made all the more rewarding and hassle-free thanks to the wonderful staff there, always prompt with their answers to my many questions and honest and genuine with their time and expert advice. Building home is one of the biggest investment of anyone's life and I am lucky I chose Grandeur home and is one of the best decision of my life. Custom home is all about design and implementation and team at Grandeur home specially Mr Sidhu guided us at every step. Our plan or design was mix of many display homes and Mr Sidhu picked up so many things and got it fixed, whether it was wall locations or extra windows. Now living in house I see all his suggestion making huge impact to the house in good way. Furthermore, I had my neighbour building with other leading mass builder and looking at their house and ours at every stage, we had better quality without any doubt and my building inspector stated the same. Also the construction time was fairly good considering my construction period fell in between Christmas month. Honesty was another attribute I liked about Grandeur home. We had few items which we forgot to put on contract as it was our first time but we did discussed in sales meeting. Mr Sidhu honored all the items even it was not documented in contract and he did indeed remembered them. Also, making changes to anything was so easy in case you change your mind, and the cost to do that was very reasonable too. From the start of the service, Grandeur homes have displayed honesty, grateful customer service and dedication to their work. We had to make some changes in the house plan when the construction was going on. They had accepted our choice without any arguments.They had completed our house within the estimated timeframe. So pleased to have their service and would definitely recommend people to go their without any if or but.

It was a perfectly managed project from drawings to handover. Whole team works with you, explain every stage, suggest you any possible changes that can give your home a fantastic look and everything is explained upfront so you don't get any unexpected invoice. The final invoice was also as per our contract. The project was completed before the promised time.

very well organised & committed company and staff. Great building quality. They proved to be very helpful even when we made few changes in middle of the construction. My overall experience of building with Grandeur homes has been really satisfying through the construction and today even after 10 months as they have been supportive in every aspect.

I have built my 1st home with Grandeur Homes and moved in the end of 2019. Before going with Grandeur I had signed an agreement with Simonds but due to their bad service I was referred to Grandeur Homes by my colleagues. Mr Gurpreet Sidhu owner of Grandeur understood our requirements and guided us how to build your first home in Australia without being carried away too much. We got a very good deal and after I received title of block I received possession in less than 5 months. From very start they look after all aspects of building and give appropriate advice if customers are not happy. Use quality material and quality workmen with competent price. Company handles the issues during building or post building. Arrange all the connections and requirements of the customers or requested by the customers.

I have just started the process of building home with Grandeur and I have been impressed with the quality of service so far. I chose Gandeur due to their generous inclusions and their fantastic layouts. Throughout the process the staff have been very professional and supportive. Despite this recent challenging time, staff have continued to maintain contact and are always available to respond to any questions.
